The Maroochy River

The Glasshouse Mountains were formed by long-extinct volcanoes.

The Eumundi Markets on Wednesday and Saturday are world famous. There are many stalls featuring clothing, local crafts and food. These are among the best markets in the world!
Australia Zoo “Crikey” is another must-see whilst in Noosa. A free courteosy bus is available for those without a car.
Take a tour to Fraser Island, the world's largest sand island is a must. The flora and fauna is untouched on most of the Island and there are two crystal clear lakes with pure white sand - an ideal place for a swim.
Between July and November, Australian Humpback whales can be seen off the Noosa coast on their annual migration north to warmer waters.
