All units have large balconies facing the ocean and have water views from unit and / or balconies and are fully self contained. All apartments have 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a spa bath in the ensuite plus a hair dryer. Full kitchen with wall oven, ceran cooktops, microwave, dishwasher, insinkerator and a large fridge. A separate laundry is in the unit with a washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. All units have tv, video and cable tv, direct dial STD/ISD phones with data port for lap top computers and reverse cycle air conditioning and fans. Linen & towelling is included in tariff.

Your tariff includes accommodation for 4 persons. We can legally accept a maximum of 6 persons in the apartment ( fire & health, council regulations etc.). The additional maximun of 2 persons attract a fee of $25 per week or part thereof in low season. All other periods are charged at $35 per week or part thereof. This entitles the additional guests to the provision of linen and towelling and the use of the apartment and building facilities. The also have a choice of a throw down mattress, fold up bed, or fold out divan. PLEASE DO NOT INSTALL ADDITIONAL GUESTS OTHER THAN WHAT APPEAR ON YOUR REGISTRATION CARD.

Getting There:
One hour drive from Brisbane Airport. Turn off the Bruce Highway at the Caloundra turnoff. Follow the road right through the shopping centre, veering right at the roundabout at Canberra Terrace, then right at the next roundabout at Dingle Avenue. Turn left at the stop sign on the corner of Dingle Avenue and Warne Terrace. King's Row is then 80 metres on the left opposite Merrima Avenue. Airport transfers to our door arranged for you on request. Cancellation fee of $30 applies.
